Austin Collins State Farm is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll be an important part of creating an exceptional experience for our customers while helping them protect what matters most.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, positive, and comfortable communicating with people. Insurance experience is helpful, but we're especially interested in candidates who bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.
This is more than just a customer service position. For team members who are motivated to grow, take on additional responsibility, and develop their sales skills, there are opportunities to advance within our agency.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers and our agency team to provide responsive, friendly, and professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers with questions about their insurance policies and coverage
- Assisting with policy changes, updates, and account requests
- Guiding customers through the claims process and following up when needed
- Proactively identifying opportunities to better serve customers and their insurance needs
- Communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Maintaining accurate and organized customer records
- Working closely with other team members to solve problems and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Building lasting relationships with the individuals and families our agency serves

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
